This intermediate-level class takes Reformer Pilates to the next level by incorporating dynamic movements that challenge core strength, stability, and control. Emphasising control and precision, strong focus on exercises targeting the core muscles, enhancing overall body coordination and balance. Suitable for those familiar with Pilates seeking a more dynamic and invigorating workout.


Designed for seasoned Pilates practitioners, this high-intensity class combines Pilates principles with advanced techniques and props for a challenging and dynamic workout. Expect a fusion of functional and Pilates based exercises using the Reformer to add challenges, focusing on enhancing strength, flexibility, and full body awareness. Weekdays 2 x Am Classes 2 x Mid Classes 2 x Pm Classes

Weekends 4 x Am Classes

Monday - Friday 7am & 8am / 12pm & 1pm / 6pm & 7pm

Saturday - Sunday 8am 9am 10am 11am

Your timetable is a constant moving target and should be looked at constantly to add more classes as demand and remove/change under performing
